Hi everyone,
I just want to say thanks to everyone for their part in a great trip. All your efforts towards getting the work done are appreciated. I feel quite privilledged to have been there and to have seen the amazing changes since my last visit in 2003. The pipits, snipe & teal really stand out in my mind as indicators of the success of the rat eradication.
Attached is the team photo from the Bluff wharf (really we should have had a “before” one as well), and below is a copy of a story I wrote about the trip for the yellow eyed Penguin trust.
